The former premiers' intervention comes after an emergency parliamentary Labor Party meeting late yesterday.Multiple MPs wanted Mr O'Byrne to resign ahead of Tuesday's return to Parliament but the ABC understands that MPs did not formally vote on whether he should remain in the party.
