National Director of Frontier Services Group Janine Jackson says “we are trying to raise about a quarter of a million dollars to get essential services to farmers that are doing it tough” through a Christmas appeal campaign.

“We’ve got farmers today facing day zero, some are days away from running out of water,” she told Sky News.

“We’re trying to raise another $250,000 before the end of the year, and for us it’s about what the practical needs are, and what each farmer wants and needs.” Image: News Corp Australia
