Detective Senior Constable Dean Russell said the offender pulled up alongside him, calling him a "dog" and "rat", before demanding his phone.Russell said the victim walked away from the offender. "The victim continued to walk on and he has done another U-turn and that's when the offender approached the victim."The offender fled the scene."When I answered the phone, I could tell by his voice that something was wrong," Sarah said.
