A five-year-old girl has died in hospital after being found in a car parked in the driveway of a home in NSW's Hunter Region last week.A five-year-old girl is taken by helicopter to hospital after being found unresponsive in a hot car in Tanilba Bay, Port Stephens, last Tuesday.Natasha Gorjup was found unresponsive and was treated at the scene, Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service said.
She was placed in an induced coma before being flown to Newcastle's John Hunter Children's Hospital in a critical condition.The temperature soared in the region in the afternoon, reaching a top of 37.5 degrees just before 3pm.
