Australian gourmet food delivery service Providoor has collapsed and entered liquidation.
Liquidators say the business, which employed 16 people, is unlikely to be able to pay refunds to customers or dividends to creditors.
Mr Delia says the difficult economic circumstances facing the hospitality industry caused the collapse.
