A hazardous surf warning for coastal activities including swimming, boating and rock fishing has been released for NSW’s east coast for Monday, with the marine area command advising people to avoid swimming and walking near surf-exposed areas and avoid rock fishing on coastal platforms that are exposed to the surf.Waverley Council lifeguard Daniel McLaughlin said the swell in the area, which covers Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte beaches, was expected to peak on Sunday night.
