Asked whether or not an outbreak could have already taken place, Prof Talley said it couldn’t be predicted.Prof Talley said about 20 per cent of people infected with coronavirus are responsible for most of the spread of the virus – “presumably because of the viral load”.
“The majority of people were social distancing by 1.5m apart and did not gather in groups of more than 20 as per the current public health orders,” the Council said.
