EastEnders star Joe Swash has revealed that he felt 'really vulnerable' after the death of his father, which he speaks about in his new BBC One documentary Teens in Care
Joe Swash has opened up about the death of his father, revealing that losing a parent at the age of 11 has "shaped" who he is today. The actor and presenter is hosting Joe Swash: Teens in Care - a new documentary for BBC One.
Joe added that his family pulled him through grief, and that without their support and love, his story could have been very different. The documentary follows Joe as he explores the stories of teenagers living in care. Those over the age of 16 are the largest-growing cohort in both child protection and care.
