Mr Millar was questioned by Mr Binge's lawyer about why his police statement at the time had described the man he saw with different physical features to his client. He told the court "I'm doubting that I said that" and had flagged with the prosecution recently that the description was incorrect. After it was conceded by his defence there was a prima facie case against Mr Binge, the matter was committed to the Supreme Court.Photo shows A composite image showing Donald Trump looking the right and Kamala Harris looking to the left.
