suffered critical injuries when he collided with a ute which police allege was being driven by Mr Fisher on the Thiele Highway at FreelingOn Monday, police said the driver of the ute got out of the vehicle and spoke to witnesses before driving off, leaving a trailer behind. Police charged Mr Fisher with causing harm by dangerous driving, leaving an accident scene and driving unlicensed.
