A man in his 60s was allegedly stabbed at a public school in Woolloomooloo at about 7.15am Wednesday.
Emergency services were called to Plunkett Street Public School on Forbes St in Woolloomooloo at about 7.15am, following reports a 61-year-old man had been stabbed in the forearm.He was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A 35-year-old man was arrested by police nearby and has been taken to Surry Hills police station where he remains in custody.No students were present at the time of the stabbing and there is no ongoing risk to the community.Police will address the media with more information later Wednesday.
