Hopkins has previously been convicted of child sex offences, meaning he was being monitored under the South Australian Child Sex Offender Registration Act.Police are asking for anyone who may know his whereabouts to contact the Police Assistance line on 131 444 immediately.He has short brown hair and brown eyes, with a skull tattoo on his upper right arm.
