New South Wales Premier Chris Minns has backed his transport minister Jo Haylen over a staffer rort scandal in her office revealed in documents to state parliament this week.
Ms Haylen become embroiled in controversy after information came to light of a junior employee at Transport for NSW engaging in work for the Labor party despite the role being a strictly apolitical one.
