Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says there are more signs ahead of a khaki election.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison and South Korean President Moon Jae-in signed a $1 billion defence deal on Monday which will see South Korea supply Australia with artillery, military supply vehicles and radars.
“More signs ahead of a khaki election with the government wanting to talk up the strength of it in terms of any China threat compared to the opposition,” Mr Clennell said.
