An 18-year-old has died after a brawl in Kurunjang in Melbourne's west, while a 60-year-old man has died of a gunshot wound in unrelated incident in Campbellfield.
Detectives are interviewing injured men under police guard following two separate, unrelated homicides in Melbourne on Friday.
Police are investigating after two men died in separate allegedly targeted homicides in Melbourne's outer suburbs. At this stage it is believed the incident was targeted and the people involved are known to one another, police said. It is alleged a brawl broke out between a group of 30 to 40 people on McBurnie Drive shortly after 7pm.
