The mess we call Qantas flight from Dallas yesterday. Sleeping on the floor of the airport was not the problem it was no communication and no access to food as we couldn't get past security without a boarding pass.Ms Taylor said passengers were given an"A4 piece of paper" which informed them they were rebooked for an 11:30am flight the next day.The airline later told passengers the flight was rescheduled for 10pm that evening.
can you give me an update on the QF 8 leaving Dallas for Sydney tonight? Is it true that itâs delayed until 1am? I have a hysterical 15 year old traveling with her elderly grandma and neither of them know whatâs going on with their flightâ¦The mother-of-three, who had young kids waiting at home for her, described the whole experience as an"absolute nightmare".
"There were quite a few people in the queue mentioning the same sort of thing. It was an absolute nightmare. I've never had a travel experience like it. A Qantas spokesperson previously told SkyNews.com.au they understood it was a"difficult situation" for the customers whose plans were disrupted and apologised for the inconvenience.
