The Bureau of Meteorology said today's conditions would be very similar to Friday's, which saw fire activity pick up late in the afternoon and early evening. "It's a bit of a carbon copy unfortunately with a severe fire weather warning again for the Darling Downs, the south-east coast and the Wide Bay-Burnett," senior forecaster David Crock said.
"We might see some severe fire dangers extending up into the Central Highlands as well where there is a couple of fires and into the eastern part of the Maranoa.For more emergency information listen to:
