Police said the man was arrested at his home in Scotsburn, about 20km south-east of Ballarat, early, on Wednesday morning and was interviewed by police.Murphy, 51, was last seen at about 7am on 4 February, captured on CCTV footage in her family home’s driveway. She had told friends and family members she planned to go for a run.
“To get to a position where we have been able to charge someone is testament to the commitment and dedication from all those areas,” Hatt said in a statement
