Supercars: Mark Skaife has unveiled his picks for the biggest and most memorable Bathurst moments over the last six decades
Mark Skaife's Top 5 Mountain Moments | 01:26Six-time champion Mark Skaife has revealed his top five Bathurst 1000 moments ahead of the 61st edition of ‘The Great Race’ at Mount Panorama this weekend.
Skaife and Jim Richards’ 1992 victory in atrocious wet conditions also features for Richards’ crowd reaction to the famous and controversial Nissan GT-R victory, while the pair’s third win at the Mountain together ten years later in 2002 in the factory Holden Team Commodore is also included in the countdown.
“I’m incredibly excited for this year’s Bathurst 1000 – it’s the pinnacle of motorsport in Australia, and there’s nothing quite like the energy and intensity of Mount Panorama.”
