BREAKING: A shark attack is being investigated at a popular tourist spot, with a warning issued for anyone in the area.
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development says it is investigating an incident at Coral Bay in the Shire of Carnarvon.
“DPIRD is working with local authorities and further information will be provided as it becomes available.”Fisheries advise 2.0m whaler shark sighted 11:20hrs 11/06, Five Finger Reef, Coral Bay 75m offshore , DPIRD investigating possible shark bite incident .People have been warned to take additional caution in the Coral Bay area.
