But now, with major changes taking place within the company, Shreeves could be another big casualty.reporters have been asked to reapply for their jobs by Sky, after the huge news that Soccer AM will be cancelled after almost 30 years.Shreeves has been an even more recognisable constant at Sky than the weekend entertainment show, with his voice unmistakable for football fans in England.
Some things haven’t always gone to plan, though, as we look back on some of his rather amusing career highlights.
He didn’t know, though, which soon became clear when Shreeves said: “You know that means you’re out of the final now, unfortunately that means you don’t play in the final.” Ivanovic barely got out the word ‘unfortunately’ as he got choked up, while Ashley Cole despairingly watched it all unfold.
