A temporary teacher who worked across seven South Australian schools, including Vale Park Primary, has been arrested and charged with possessing child exploitation material, police confirm.
South Australia's Education Department has confirmed a temporary teacher who has been charged with possessing child exploitation material has worked at seven schools, but has now been stood down.Vale Park Primary School has written to parents informing them of the man's arrestThe Adelaide man, aged in his 30s, was arrested and charged with one count count of possessing child exploitation material, and a second aggravated count.
"I'm not permitted to name the temporary teacher until such time as they have appeared in court," principal Fione Love wrote to parents. "If you have any information that may assist the police investigation, please contact SA Police at your local police station."
