Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit detectives arrested a 15-year-old boy over the incident on Monday, while officers are still attempting to locate the female offender. “When one of them pulled out that machete, I started to realise this wasn't just a bit of a simple dispute,” Dowsley said. Dowsley said after the man repeatedly refused to hand over his keys the two offenders ran away through a park.“That's when I've sort of realized, Oh no, he's really bleeding, because by the time he crossed back to his car, the side of the road that I was on, there was a lot of blood coming out onto his T-shirt.”
