Sang Van Huynh has pleaded guilty to two counts of causing serious harm by dangerous driving following a crash which injured two Marryatville High School students in Adelaide's eastern suburbs last year.
Truck driver Sang Van Huynh has changed his plea to guilty over a crash near Marryatville High School in March last year.Huynh's lawyer has indicated he will call for his "inevitable imprisonment" to be suspended.
In February this year, Huynh was committed to stand trial after pleading not guilty to two counts of causing serious harm by dangerous driving. "I don't want to go beyond what has been indicated to me – obviously in a perfect world there would be some closer agreement – but that's not achievable here," the lawyer said.
