Opposition leader Matthew Guy has offered a damning character assessment of Premier Daniel Andrews ahead of Victoria’s election later this year – arguing his behaviour borders on 'unhinged'.
Victorian Liberal leader Matthew Guy has declared Premier Daniel Andrews was"bordering on unhinged" in an explosive interview Sky News Australia five months out from the state election.

Mr Guy denied he approached Question Time in the same manner, arguing he has a “straight, level head” and was ready to lead the state come the election in November.
