The coronavirus curve in Victoria is slowly beginning to ease with authorities predicting the state could soon be reporting cases in the double figures.
Victoria recorded 113 new cases and 23 deaths overnight, bringing the state's caseload to 3,308.
There have been 572 deaths in Australia since the beginning of the pandemic. There are 46 people in intensive care with 3,703 total active cases across the country.
