I suffered a mild traumatic brain injury when I was hit by a car while riding my bike. I was unable to read, write, listen to music or look after my kids. Then I made a discovery that changed my life.

As the world's changed in the past few months I've experienced a sense of deja vu. I've been here before. This feels familiar.A few years ago I suddenly couldn't socialise, go to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, cinemas or the office.

I was forced to slow my life right down, and at first it was torture. All I could do was sit in my backyard and stare at the trees. After I suffered a mild traumatic brain injury after a car knocked me off my bike, I discovered my path to recovery was through nature.
