A 33-year-old man has been taken into custody after a dramatic arrest in Townsville, North Queensland.
The man, 33, was arrested after a dramatic pursuit, which was captured by residents across the city and shared on social media. "Police intercepted the truck, he again fled on foot, he threatened police with the hammer, police presented their taser and then he surrendered."
