One Nation leader Pauline Hanson is launching a hotline for all the ‘lonely hearts’ this New Year’s Eve.

As a divorcee, Senator Hanson said she wanted to reach out to people struggling financially and emotionally this holiday period.

The Lonely Hearts New Years Eve will be broadcast on Senator Hanson's "Please Explain" Facebook page from 6pm eastern time. More than a dozen lines will be available for callers to talk about their lives and give feedback on the country and leaders. Image: Getty
