There has not been a spike in case numbers with just 70 more infections recorded over the past 24 hours compared to Sunday’s 714 cases.“We are not seeing the impacts on our hospital system to date”.Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk says the state's hospital system has been coping well.Chief Health Officer John Gerrard said the low case load in hospital “suggests the vaccine is working”.
