Queensland records 784 new cases of COVID-19

Ms Palaszczuk said no policy changes would happen before January 1st with regard to the requirement for travellers to undergo a test on day five, but a decision on the use of rapid antigen tests would be made in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Queensland Chief Health Officer Dr John Gerrard said vaccines appeared to be working but exposure locations were right across the state.
