Three Sydney men have been charged after allegedly attempting to import more than $150 million worth of methamphetamine and cocaine, concealed in machinery. 7NEWS

NSW and federal police, along with border authorities, acted on a tip off earlier this month from US Customs.

He was taken to Fairfield Police Station, where he was charged with import commercial quantity of border-controlled drug and import marketable quantity of border-controlled drug.NSW and federal police, along with border authorities, acted on a tip off earlier this month from US Customs.NSW Police’s organised crime squad commander, Detective Superintendent Rob Critchlow, said the bust was possible thanks to the strong relationships with police around the world.

“We’ll continue to work closely and slash the profits of those involved in organised criminal activity, putting those responsible before a court and preventing these harmful drugs from reaching our borders,” he said.
