Sydney's nightlife has been ranked the second worst in the world, according to a new report revealing just 32 per cent of residents were satisfied with the after-dark scene.

"We cut red tape and waived all fees for outdoor dining, which has created over 260 new al fresco dining spaces and helped businesses to operate safely in the new 1.5 metre economy," Cr Moore said.
