Chairman of Southbank Capital Francis Galbally says Victoria’s inquiry into the failed hotel quarantine program has not seen the required level of scrutiny and there are still answers the public demand.

The state’s inquiry concluded on Friday, with Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews facing hours of questioning in relation to the decisions which led to the failure of hotel quarantine. “We need to understand how this came about and I don’t think this inquiry has been able to get to the bottom of what has occurred,” Mr Galbally told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
