Willunga residents are concerned about no more exposure sites being announced following a case at the local primary school, as Premier Steven Marshall confirms the strain in the town is the Delta coronavirus variant.

Residents of the southern Adelaide town of Willunga say they are concerned about a lack of information about exposure sites connected to positive COVID-19 cases.The Premier says the case was the Delta variant, not OmicronWillunga Primary School's end of year assemblyWillunga mother Melissa Whittlesea and her daughters Jazmine and Charlotte said they only found out someone infected with coronavirus attended the assembly from a friend.

Unvaccinated people, which includes all children under 12, will have to quarantine for 14 days, ending at 12:01am on Christmas Day.Charlotte, 12, graduated from primary school last Thursday."We've been in lockdown before, but that's when we had learning to do, so that kind of filled up the day," she said.
